To become a capable technical writer, first get a hands-on job in a relevant industry and start writing to gain as much experience as possible. Also learn how to use AI effectively to help improve your writing skills. It worked for me.

Hi Josh, I am a Senior Technical Writer with over 10 years experience in User Manual and Functional Documentation in India. I have been trying hard to get a break in the freelancing industry but I have not had much luck. I also have work samples. How do I get overseas clients to outsource their User Manuals and SRS documents to me ?
