Yeah... absolutely. It is so SHIT that it's sill working properly after 30odd years it's been manufactured and used and who knows abused for an unknown amount of time. Why did they use resin coating on the PCBs... were they crazy, how did they even think this thing would last? Aah those stamps on the plastics, ABS... does it have anti-lock brakes? And look at the print screen on that double sided board... they must have had a very garbled fantasy to write down all that much gibberish. Technics = RUBBISH. It's just that... I LIKE RUBBISH like this! If you don't... please get yourself a Sonos, you'll like it.

I usually NEVER use this language and I am exactly on nothing as I've ever been my whole life. I've pointed very specific reasons in my antics rant as to why that thing isn't shit. But apparently you're criticizing a spaghetti for not being a tortellini. Electronics is not measured by the number of visually identifiable components inside the case and Matsushita was one of the few Japanese companies that could do whatever they wanted however they wanted it to be, using fewer components than competitors because of their level of integration and engineering power. Think about it the next time you open Hi-Fi equipment and find the spaghetti incident inside. It's not about sound quality, it's about build quality.
