Me too, Im not at my peak anymore, but when I was, that was my technique and honestly it worked fairly well, im starting to think tjo that stretching the fingers and hand is a big part, and then just play more and build speed and stamina

Imo you should keep the same technique and just try to build speed/stamina. Everyone tapping is diff, the one that's most comfortable for you is best

I think the key to building speed and stamina is to lighter your tapping fingers. I've been full alting since started and the technique itself make me tap super heavy, so recently just change my tapping style to the one that shige plays with, in two days of playing i can now play 230 pretty natural which i couldn't been able to before.

can you main middle if you tilt you keypad towards your index finger (eg. clockwise if left tapping hand)?

my tip is just keep playing full alt, no point in changing something you're already comfortable with unless it's fundamentally bad flyingtyna plays full alt, bubbleman plays full alt, idk any other players that do but there's more top players that play full alt too this is just what works for me, idk if it'll work for you so just keep experimenting until you find something you like
