Great instructional video your students are lucky to have you. Really appreciate the way you clearly described the weight transfer that generates the momentum. I’m not comfortable with a stance that wide having little experience with it. However I’ll watch the previous video to help me better understand its benefits. What are the main differences between Kempo Karate and Shotokan? And how do those differences effect the transition to MMA?

I'd probably keep a little more narrow stance to make other techniques easier, but the part on telegraphing is on point. A good round house comes from your normal base and is all about the hip and foot rotation.

Spinning back kick and your favorite setups, please! I started with full contact kickboxing ("american kickboxing" ala bill wallace, like yours) and then started K1 style and Muay Thai and I love mixing both. Been loving this content, almost as much as your fights! Thank you
