And, in some ways, I'm glad for that. So many of these trucks were left completely unable to do properly "truckish" things...it ruined their purpose. At least that big F-150 @4:36 was still properly dirtied, though.
See, even without looking at the dates, you can definitely tell this was filmed in the very early '00s, because while all of the cars with screens in them are all flat-panels...they're all still 4:3 instead of 16:9! Also: that red sedan at the start of the SEMA 2002 segment is playing The Fellowship of The Ring. Mad props: great movie!
I miss that fad cuz it was distinctive. Sure, at that time it was trendy, but it’s better than whatever fads are happening now: camo wraps, tire lettering, broken heart stickers, to name a few.
