Unbelievable! I have never received any package like that, let alone a radio! - it's not the sender's fault - but I would hope to make a claim against the delivery company - I just hope it works ok after that! And I like to keep my packaging in first class Condition - I still have my perfect Sony radio boxes from the 80's and 90's - I'm really annoyed for you!!!
PL-330 has SSB, but PL-320 doesn’t have SSB. Both PL-330 and PL-320 uses BL-5C batteries. 64 - 108 MHz for FM, 520 - 1710 kHz (10K step) / 522 - 1620 kHz (9K step), for AM, 153 - 513 kHz for Longwave, 1711 - 29999 kHz for SSB/LSB/USB/Shortwave If you want with Airband, choose D-808 or R-108 without SSB, if you sant Tecsun with AM antenna, choose PL-368 (64 - 108 MHz for FM, 9 kHz step if Longwave already activate) or PL-365 (Japanese FM band, longwave only for 9 Khz steps).
I got mine on Monday, so far so good. Long Wave is no use, but thats not a big deal. It's very good on SSB and general short wave. FM sounds great too, overall I'm happy. I ordered a couple of spare batteries, seems yo last about six hours. It has a small back up battery so the clock and settings don't get lost. Pity the box was wet.
You can't trust those hose heads at Canada Post. One Canada Post courier had me sign my name for the wrong package and I caught the mistake while he was at the front door so he swapped it for the correct box.
That mute tuning, how did that ever come to be as known to be a good thing, that's not beneficial at all, more like restricting your pleasure,shutting you off rite when you need to hear the frequency changes .

I'm into f.m. and a lot of testing and also like f.m. skip, one of my best f.m. receivers kaito 1103 does a better job then my d.s.p. models, d.s.p.its like you have to wait, I also like the sound of hiss, I don't anything altered, I like a strong receiver and hearing all the changes as I move about, the waves bounce everywhere and I like to hear this . On the d.s.p. models you only here it when the signal comes in strong.
Return that unit. Being soaked like that it will probably eventually corrode and give you big problems. A shame, but the carrier should reimburse you. Just sayin. Haven't had any problems with so far and have had it for almost 2 years , i think i'm going to go with anon co next time ever since this purchase i've been a little weary about purchasing things on aliexpress , this only aliexpress purchase ive made so far. Damn China!!!

Unfortunately The PL-330 Receiver is to thin for AA Batteries and Doesn’t support AAA either only the L-ion BL BC Cell Phone Battery. I suggest if your looking for a another good receiver there’s lots of other good receivers that run on AA & AAA batteries Such as the Eton Sattelite Tecsun PL-990x ect on AliExpress anonco bangoood Amazon eBay ect
The battery is 3.7 Volts. I'm going build an external power supply/charger out of 2 18650 3.5 amp batteries with a mini USB plug. Should run a week or more. I'm going to use a 2 battery holder to make it. Making 2 of them. Already have a big back up power supply for my Pl 880. Love that radio. Best sounding ever.
İ never had a package delivered to me like that! You have a Tecsun for chinese? Check the firmware. My european tecsun PL330 with firmware 3306 if it is below firmware 3305 it has a tuning bug!

Please IGNORE the IDIOTS that suggest that you cut your nails, Mine are LONGER than yours, always kept them long and I am at least three times your age. Nice! 👍🏻It’s A Great Receiver Although I would’ve waited for the official US release version with the fixed firmware bugs. When you get it see if the SSB Fine tuning tubes backwards and also press and hold on the VF/VM Key Then let go you should see the number 3303 that’s the firmware if it says 3304 or 3305 then it has been updated and the firmware has been fixed. @@canadianradiotvguy1299 I received it today Saturday, version# is 3305, when the tuning knob is turned clockwise the frequency increases, and vice-versa. The radio is smaller than I visualize, it was bought mainly for when I'm traveling since I use an RSPDX at home. I also bought two BL-5C batteries and a complimentary charger, hope this helps.

Just got my 330. It worked about two hours and cut off by itself. I turned it off and back on it works about one minute and cuts off. Has to go back. I liked it until it quit working. Big disappointed.

When unboxing you are saying: “It’s the first time ever I ‘m physically touching this Tecsun radio…” By the way no radio is ever selling with battery already installed inside!!! Isn’t strange? And this soaked packing... hmm, very suspicious! Don’t take me wrong - it’s worst review I have ever seen. And no editing at all … I had to watch backside of your hairdressing in one moment… instead of seeing this really nice unit you were talking about.
