People also need to stop building in areas prone to flooding and using taxpayer funds as insurance. One property in Houston was flooded 16 times and required more than $800,000 worth of repairs - several times the value of the property itself.

Easier said than Mr J.T. people move wear they can afford to pay monthly. Did property owner give a heads up that it was a flood zone? U should bring the $800,000 or STOP TALKIN... #TedCruz is on his 3rd term and hasn't help fix nothing in Houston or Dallas

@@gailcarmack2954 the problem with the Texas grid are the federally mandated 'green' energy installations which have destabilized it. otherwise, every electrical grid is wires and transformer stations. there is no magical upgrading that can really be done to hurricane proof outdoor infrastructure

Shitty??? Biden has already said he is ready to release federal funding. Currently trying to get ahold of the Governor. So he can go the necessary paperwork. Notice the Governor isn't there.
