She probably did at first and drank more water which is the first thing you are “supposed” to do. If it doesn’t get better in a day, then you go to the doctor. This is the typical protocol. In her case, the infection was probably already really bad by the time she noticed anything and she totally lost feeling down there which is why she didn’t know. The lower back pain was her indicator and she was blaming her workout regimen. I’ve been googling how this happens for hours now.
