She thought she would get away with it! 🤣 Evidence that she planned it AND threatened her boyfriend with crashing the car at various time (s). She's 19. Adult time. Also, if you look at the damage from the crash, her side looks perfect, but the boyfriend and friend were just plain crushed into oblivion....Too much evidence for her to get off....
Well the girl's obviously sick because she wanted to kill herself in the crash as well, wouldn't you say? Maybe she's crying because she's not dead too.
@@generalpuggamer9336 Legally speaking that's not always the case. In some states, First Degree murder can be defined based on just intent without premeditation, whereas premeditation specifically involves planning. In other words, if someone snaps, runs up to someone and murders them that shows intent, but not premeditation because they didn't plan to do that. Premeditation would involve some planning. For example, if they had planned to arrive at someone's house with a knife with the intent to kill someone that would involve premeditation. Another example would be more careful planning such as slipping poison into someone's food.
The fact that she did a practice run beforehand takes this to another level. Can't even blame spur of the moment emotions/potential drugs in her system/mental health; this was an act of pure evil. What a disgusting human being
@zELk77 saying she's not guilty is like saying you're not mentally ill! It's a FACT , a PROVEN one at that , that she is INFACT GUILTY , of an evil Act! Just as it's also a fact that you could use some serious mental HELP, in which I desperately hope you get. 💯🤡✌🏻
@@muffs55mercury61 I know that’s right. I’ve already been in a bad car crash, 6 wheeled semi hit my jeep and ping ponged me between him and a huger semi. I’m lucky to be alive because of that and shocked I didn’t get severely hurt.
It truly is because the driver seat is designed to be the safest in a car in order to save their life. Sadly, in this case the driver was not one worth saving but who knows maybe years in prison will change her.
@@InsertcatchienamehereI was going to say the same. If anything the friend is more of the victim. The boyfriend had to know she was nucking futz. Those poor families have to live without those loved ones knowing she took a test run at the murder suicide and she’s the one that survived.
I cant imagine what those poor young men were going through moment before the crash. How much fear they had with no control. I feel so bad for their families.
@@gordonramsay8351Why does it matter if the person chooses to kill themselves? Yes, it’s a self inflicted thing but it’s not like the person who’s killing themselves is doing something to affect others around them. But it did affect everyone in the video due to the failed suicide.
@@gordonramsay8351 suicide isnt selfish. you cant say that. for certain mental health conditions, assisted suicide is being legalised, so the government can help them kill themself.
Dumb love is my best guess. She probably wants a way out, but wants to take him with her in some capacity. These things happen for a multitude of reasons and while it is truly evil, they don't always do it out of evil. Which makes it even more twisted.
I’m not doubting that it doesn’t affect people around them. I only meant that normally it wouldn’t really affect others around them, except from their families. In this case because of the attempted suicide with someone who never wanted to be apart of it.
Her posting a thirst trap right before the conviction, breaking down in tears once she knows she’s guilty speaks volumes to the kind of human being she is. Keep Her Locked Up till she knows what’s right.
@@FreeRojava2025 Yeah, she had a practice run which shows it was premeditated and, as far as I know, that's first-degree murder, a capital offence. Unless the state doesn't have the death penalty, of course. Another thing to bear in mind though is that she was actually only 17 at the time of the crash although, if I have this correct, she was just a few days away from her 18th birthday. She was technically a minor at the time of the crash and I don't think minors can receive a death sentence.
@@hannaht2068 Not necessarily. I was raised 'by' the internet. Had both parents but they were very emotionally and physically absent too. The internet is a neutral tool that could be used correctly or not. It's up to the user. If anything was a tool in this that affected her greatly it's probably the drugs (along with her own brain and development)
My hearts aches for the innocent victims. The lives this narcissist destroyed is devastating. All the hopes and dreams everyone had for those two young men gone, because of a dangerous psycho.
I'll be honest with you. I can sympathize with those two who died but do not call them innocent unless you know them personally. I've never met 2 sober person chillin on a car with someone on drags in driving wheel.
I didn't say they deserved dying. All I said is don't call someone innocent. In my book if you allow someone to play with your life, you're as much to blame. Do you think she just became a maniac a second before the accident? No, she's been like that for a long time and I'm sure those two knew that about her for a long time. I personally would never hand over my life to someone who is unstable. Their death is without question a tragedy but the build up of it was their fault as much as the girl. If you don't understand it, I don't think I can explain it to you. Just take it from someone who lived life on edge with all sort of crowd. I've lost friends in my youth and knowing the full story every time, it was everyone's fault every time who were involved but in the end we can only point fingers to the living I guess. It's not always black and white as it seems especially when a tragedy happens in people's youth. @@NoahGrill
The fact that the mother was SHOCKED about the judge's decision speaks volume to how she got here . . Edit: I think this is my most liked comment... I would like to thank my mother and....
Exactly what I was going to say! Guaranteed the mother let the Lawyer HAVE IT afterwards thinking he can get her out of this somehow, I can just see her after court yelling at the Lawyer "DO SOMETHING!!" . Can you imagine the sheer horror you would feel inside you as the one driving you refuses to slow down and then you see them approaching a wall. Cannot even imagine. RIP
If you're ever in this situation, put the car into reverse gear, unbuckle the drivers' seatbelt and slowly pull the hand brake (the rear wheels won't lock up). It will atleast slow the car down somewhat and distract the driver. Make sure your seatbelt is on. Many modern cars however will probably not allow the handbrake or reverse gear to be engaged.
@@chocolatedonut6312 Yes it will break the transmission...but do you care? The driver is potentially going to kill you unless you can slow the car down somehow.

@@PresidentPutin-ec7xo omg why didn't I think of that, of course seatbelts can save them from a direct hit in a 100mph car that's crashed right on a brick wall
Her problem was that had already threatened to crash her car to punish the boyfriend -- as well as multiple other threats towards him. Very difficult to make anyone believe it was just an accident when you've already threatened that very action. If she had not made all those prior incriminating threats, it's possible she might have gotten away with it. What a crazy tragedy.
Oh my goodness, that crash noise is heart wrenching. So very sorry for the other people in that vehicle. I pray she is never released. Thank you to that judge for giving her what she deserved.
Even if she does get of prison on parole after 15 years, her life is still gonna be hell. No one in society will ever like and accept her and no business will ever hire her because of horrible actions and poor decisions.
She went from smiles to tears. The fact they had proof she had practiced this beforehand sealed her fate from it being 2nd degree manslaughter to 1st degree murder pretty quick.
@@sandcastlevibes You don't find it suspicious a few days prior to a 100+ mph accident she was out at an industrial park where the accident was and has no real reason to be out of the way there, it's not a coincidence

She had pretty serious injuries -- a number of broken bones and in the hospital for several weeks. But yeah, how she survived that crash is still a mystery.
Honestly? She got off easy in my opinion. She pre planned her crime, and took two lives. She should get life. And to add insult to injury, telling her deceased bf that he didn't deserve his fate, knowing she was the very cause of it.

@@BillySBC right. There’s a whole lot of that “mental illness” running rampant in child molesters and rapists also… what is the point you’re making? That the US needs to start pouring millions more into the judiciary system because a group of severely emotionally immature people were told that they were sick and free of consequence. I’ll tell you what. You can have bipolar, asd, schizophrenia, but if you come up to me and punch me in the face you’re going to get punched back. Freedom of speech, freedom of liberty, the freedoms that you’re granted as a member of our society does not grant you freedom from consequences….. I’m not even sure why I bothered to respond to this. In every “a little girl has been killed and tossed into a river” there’s always the guy at the back of the crowd blaming the people of the community and not the disgusting monster who was responsible for the crime.

Your need for seeing this girl in anguish isn't normal. She's a sick girl who also wanted to die in the crash. Maybe we should say this is a very mentally ill person who tried to murder her own self as well. Her torture is not your prison cell, her torture is in being alive.

You realize his judgement isn't the final word don't you? The case will be appealed and the sentence appealed because the girl was obviously mentally ill at the time of the incident.
when will this excuse of "mentally ill" stop? she drove down that write PRIOR to the accident, proving INTEND. she WANTED to KILL everyone in the car along with her. she is a DANGER to society and should be locked away, and shouldn't hide behind a fictious "mental illness". its a sad she survived. those lads had their whole life ahead of them. Killed two young men in the prime of their youth, truly disgusting. I am so glad she survived and has to pay for her crime. Her face when verdict was read gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling. I hope she rots in jail, and that her no good parents suffer along with her. She will not get parole, everyone will make sure of that.
I think the more important question to ask, is how on earth did she survived the crash? I don't think the prison bars can hold her, she'd just smash through the walls and escape. I think she definitely has superpowers.
Not only did she survived, but if she was injured, it seems she had made a full recovery ! 🤯 It definitely doesn't make sens to me neither, except it wasn't her time. I just wish she wouldn't had dragged those 2 boys with her, if they weren't in on it.
I saw a horrible collision of a vehicle running a red light on Thanksgiving. It was speeding away because the cops found it was full of stolen guns. They didn't give chase to it because there was a practice in that place that said if you chase on the highway, it's more dangerous. The guy hit two cars as he went through a red light at very high speed, then crashed head on to the 7/11 next door to my girlfriend's house. It was insane. I found out ppl from each of those cars he hit died and somehow the maniac gun smuggler lived. It was one of the most surreal things I've ever seen in my life. Idk how it happens, but sometimes, they survive.
She’s crying NOT because of the death of her boyfriend but rather due to the fact that she was taken into court. She’s feeling sorry for herself and didn’t understand the consequences which makes it even more sickening. This young woman definitely deserves the death penalty.
She should be sentenced to life in solitary confinement without any visitation. Those two young men will never see their families ever again, why should she ever be allowed to see hers?

They wasn't smart enough to communicate with her after those tiktoks and for sure they were all on grugs so they kinda guilty too what happened to them letting her to be the driver.
The mom being completely shocked that her daughter would be guilty of killing the people she killed. That explains so much about how this little monster came to be.

Still more out there. This really hits home for me I feel for those two gentlemen but at the same time feel grateful to be alive
The thing that gets me is her post on Dominic's Facebook page after she killed him. She doesn't even apologize or even acknowledge the fact that she is the reason why he is gone.
My heart goes out to the boys’ families. I wish they survived, but I guess karma allowed the girl to survive so that she can live with this guilt. This will haunt her for the rest of her life.
