Courts all over this country have a swinging door policy. It's nothing new either. My ex's uncle was a captain on the police force in Greenfield WI back in the 80's. His biggest complaint was criminals getting out on bond almost as soon as they got the paperwork done. He said back then. Cops are sick and tired of arresting the same people all the time.

Why was he out on bond? The judge should be held accountable.
