@@jaggirl Sure...but not for long. Noticed how legal/justice systems across the globe favor the criminal ? Whatever the agenda is....it keeps the law-abiding tax paying citizen in a constant state of stress. Governments worldwide are corrupt power-hungry self serving filth, and the fact that they are catering to criminals clearly proves that THEIR vote outnumbers that of the ordinary law abiding tax paying citizen. Very worrying fact is that it proves there are more people prepared to vote for a Government pampering criminals than there are who vote for justice and fear of punishment. Maybe mankinds karma is to render itself helpless by it's own stupid choices. Whatever..... its a fact that crime is spiraling across the globe while Governments/Leaders chosen are more interested in self-gain than anything citizens worry about. Maybe if those chosen as leaders paid a heavier price when they fail those who elected them... things may change. IE - the French didn't do too bad with their leaders back in the day :) Only when Government fears the consequences of failing those who placed them there ... will anything change. When I was 15, I knew not to kill someone, Even though at 15 I was going through the hardest time of my life with my father passing, bullying, lack of supportive friends and issues with alcohol.. I was angry at life, but I never thought to kill someone, even in arguments with them. 15 year olds aren't stupid, they know right and wrong. This is a result of either bad parenting, mental illness or just pure craziness. I don't care how young you are, if you take someone else's life, you deserve to face the same consequences as an adult.

At 15 I was living in a very physically and emotionally abusive home. I was dealing with budding schizophrenia and tried to take away all the pain I was dealing with by drinking and doing any drug handed to me. Even while getting a beating from my father I didn't think about murder, just escape. The 15 year old in this case (I refuse to even acknowledge her name) knew exactly what she was doing and did it with intent. You don't walk into a fight with a weapon unless you plan on using it. That girl understands what she did perfectly, she just doesn't care. I don't think she's capable of any empathy. I have a feeling that the people she was around and the drugs she was on helped in turning her into a vicious killer but she had something dark in her which is what attracted her to those kinds of people and environment. My prayers go out to Samantha's loved ones. I will never say that time heals the wounds because that's crap, it doesn't. But I do hope that little by little as time goes on it gets easier to breathe, easier to get up, easier to move and eventually remember Samantha and love and laugh with each other and especially with Samantha's child. Tons of things can contribute! And again like you said, I know someone who has literally had everything “handed to him on a silver spoon”, and threw it all away for drugs and became heartless, JUST like you said. So I hate when he blames his BS & tries to say he’s like it because of his parents yet I know he was raised amazingly. Especially where I’m clean, I had to cut him out of my families life. 😞

I am so very happy your son survived ♥️ And you’re so right, it is a call no mother should get, a violent crime being perpetuated against your child, survived or even worse passed. A car crash. Taking their own life. Drugs. Even a disease process. So many ways for them to be hurt with so little sense, and our love is just so strong our mama hearts ache even we have them here, I cannot imagine a loss. I near lost my youngest (and my own life), I did lose a mid-term pregnancy and that was hard enough. He was also a sick baby/toddler (renal issues/vision loss/genetic deafness/multiple fractures/possible closed lesion spina bifida [no]/nutrition issues/developmental delays), grew to have a mental illness I nearly lost him to, and a heart problem I almost lost him to! I was so afraid… I still worry and he is 19 and successful in university now lol. I can send you love. Send you strength to get through your pain and fear, of healing beyond life in the grips of constant anxiety ♥️ A grief counselor may help, because even without death, one can absolutely still be grieving. I most definitely am myself, for multiple events. Just know, you have a random stranger in your corner, cheering you on, believing in you, knowing you have great love to give, and you deserve to feel some joy yourself… without perfect understanding of your exact experience and how it feels, but am understanding of the fear of the possible, even likelihood, of loss (if that makes sense). So in that way, I can relate to the paralyzing anxiety, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Be well mama ♥️♥️♥️

With all due respect, when it comes to your statement, “before people start talking about what hardships she went through in her life, it didn't give her the right to take Samantha’s life, especially when she was trying to de-escalate a fight,” not only should that go without saying, as far as there not being any “excuse” or “rational reasoning” for/behind someone taking the life of another, especially in this manner, but those, furthermore, who brings anything about someone’s past, trials, tribulations, hardships, significant circumstances, or crucial factors that commonly play vital roles in someone’s behavior and actions are not, in any fathomable way, saying nor suggesting that those things give someone “the right to take someone else’s life,” let alone is it a way of excusing, dismissing, devaluing, or taking away from the magnitude of what they did and the terrible impact left on those connected to the person who lost their life. Also, no one is “just hard-wired to be evil,” not to mention that the likelihood of someone being “entirely evil” or just evil, in general, is slim to none. Viewing human beings as being “good or evil” or “primarily decent or primarily terrible,” as if it is just an innate thing about that person’s soul being or as if it some “black and white,” “all or nothing,” straightforward/simple, “take it at face value,” or anything remotely similar, which dismisses the incredibly complex, complicated, multi-layered/multi-faceted, nuanced, ever-changing *[at least in regards to the vast majority of people-some are “slower” to evolve than others],* and multi-dimensional *[not 1-dimensional, not 2-dimensional, and not even 3-dimensional, but 4-dimensional, at the very least]* nature of human beings and the vast and seemingly endless life of circumstances, factors, events, details, elements, experiences, situations, and so on that mold us into who we are, how we act, how we think, what we believe, and everything in between. It's not that certain people are “evil,” but rather, it is that certain people have a deeply-rooted mental issues/struggles that not only tend to go untreated but those issues, furthermore, also tend to get fueled by unhealthy, irrational, cognitively impaired/flawed, harmful/toxic, and negatively impactful people, places, and things; that doesn't even get into the complexities of adding substances to one’s untreated mind. There is a lot more that goes into it-obviously. However, the point is that way too many people have acquired this mindset of viewing others through an unrealistic, nonsensible, extreme, irrational, short-sighted, narrow, confined, and emotionally charged lens that either purposefully or inadvertently dehumanizes individuals who have done awful and unthinkable things, in general, or to others, which I very much believe is something that most people would rather see within people than identifying and acknowledging just exactly how human these people are and how they aren't just “evil to their core,” much less “hard-wired to be evil.”. It is entirely acceptable to acknowledge that someone’s actions were wrong in every way, that Samantha should have never lost her life, feel for Samantha, her loved ones, and friends, and also gain an adequate understanding and awareness of how and why someone like the other *15-year-old* girl got to a place where she brutally attacked and murdered someone. One side of the situation *[the one of the victim, and the reality of how terrible it is what happened to them]* does not have to negate the other side, especially when both are significant, in general, and are vital for someone to acquire a profound level of knowledge and understanding of the situation in its entirety, as well as of those involved.

God bless Samantha's son, family, and friends. Hopefully Samantha is at peaceful rest. WHT makes me sick is they released Jordon Jobsen on tag in December of 2020, by May 2021 she was re arrested for breaching her tag agreement and violence. She was not able to follow rules and function in the community for even full 6 months. Now she sits on remand waiting to attend court and go before the magistrate. Who will either send her back to prison or let her out on tag again. I believe in 2nd chances and that people can change should they choose to. This young lady doesn't show any desire to change. She has been released before with the outcome alway ending with her being placed back in jail. This cycle needs to stop. This young woman is dangerous and violent and she seems to be okay with that. Her family is right she is a risk to them and the community at large. What is the right resolution? I won't pretend to act as if I know. I don't. What I do know is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity.

Sadly, it will be the pattern for the rest of her life. I just wonder how many more lives she’s going to take, before the justice system will finally do something to keep this violent monster off the street.

Also, can we stop coddling teenagers? We can't pretend that they are innocent children that can't be held accountable for anything, and then suddenly at 18 they turn into fully responsible adults? There is something wrong with the system that assumes that.

I cannot believe this “girl” for a life sentence with a minimum of 15, not 25, to begin to apply for parole. Then she appealed for unfair sentencing and was awarded a 13 year minimum!? WTAF!? Her behavior and assessment seems to Shaw no accountability or comprehension of her crime, so hopefully she won’t be granted parole for life. In the states she would be denied each time she applied, guaranteed (based on her behavior, until it changed for several years). Just disgusting, what a pointless and heartbreaking crime! Sending so much love and strength to the family, and wishing her son a wonderful childhood filled with all of the love her mother had for him, spread through her family, his family ♥️

Really? You "didn't mean to hurt her?" What were u trying to do then when you plunged the knife into her 10 times if it wasn't to hurt her? Oh that's right you didn't mean to hurt her you meant to kill her. I hate when someone says they didn't mean to hurt someone when the only possible outcome of what they did would hurt a person.

The evil in her shows right away just by taking a look at her. And she didn't make a mistake like she says, she's actually the mistake. She should stay in jail until she turns 60 or 70. That way she probably will learn how to treat others, cause it's obvious that she hasn't changed her ways and it still is the devil impersonated.

I don't understand how this happened. Can anyone tell me what the other people at the scene were doing while Samantha was being stabbed so many times? There were so many people there, including the boyfriend, who you'd think could stop this girl from continuing her rampage. How could no one pull her away? This story hasn't described how she managed to do all of this. It sounds like no one even tried to stop her or help. This poor family.... Edited to add: The continuing reenactment of Samanth's murder on this channel is entirely inappropriate. Whoever edited this needs to take note Smantha's parents will be watching this.
