If they had been kept in a juvenile facility or jail instead of being allowed to be on home confinement, this man would still be alive. A GPS tether didn't stop him, so they thought confining him to home would??? The judge that ordered that should be held responsible for letting a violent, dangerous thug back out on the streets. These young men don't respect the law, the police or human life.

I know of a very intelligent man who is a lawyer. I asked one time why he wouldn’t like to be a judge and his response to that was, “I couldn’t put my family through it”. To me this meant the possible threats of harm to him and his family. I think some judges are living this nightmare and would rather not have any more hassles than what they have currently.

Tethers are no longer a deterrent, just like restraining orders are no longer a deterrent. In Texas, we have multiple recent horrific tragedies, just like what has happened to this gentleman. I just don't understand the mindset of the "alleged" criminals. Why?! And, why so young? We are currently shrouded with the case of two Venezuelan men who lur*d, be*t, rap*d, strangl*d, and murd*r*d a precious 12-year-old girl named Jocelyn Nungaray. They had a list of crimes after crossing the border. One was on a tether, and it certainly didn't sway either of them. Judges, please do your jobs! Hold those who have zero respect for the law or humanity!

Crazy because I see countless wh1te people with pdf file cases yet I still don’t blanket all of them as one. When in reality the stats say 80% of the time it’s them.
