She was 50 years old in this video and singing her tail off!! Better sounding than most 20 year olds. Rest easy lady t you may not be here on the physical world but you could never be forgotten!❤

I'm not too much of a fan of contemporary R&B music (post mid 80's); however, this song has got me awestruck. I was just listening to radio bilingüe, when this song was being played, and I had to wait for the DJ to name the artist once the song was done with. The guitar work, keyboards and drumming is amazing as is the very emotive style of the vocalist. This song has all of the elements I love in dark, depressing music. It's as if I were listening to a sad gothic song, but no it's just Tina;.

I have a picture of Tina Marie in my living room I grew up with Tina Marie playing her music back in the 70s flashback who's that dancing to the latest I know you guys remember that I was a little girl when they came out I just knew I was the black Tina Marie cuz my name is Tanya and I was Lady T I know every song she made and still play her is still know every song she made word for word I love you lady t her anniversary is coming up she passed away right after Thanksgiving will always love you and will always play your music and we love your daughter

Can't thank you enough for posting these wonderful videos of the great Teena Marie. I refuse to say 'late great' because she lives in all of us who experienced her magic. Since the late 70s this woman has spoken to our souls...and continues to do so with the help of videos like this one and people like you.
