The reason is: Don and Raph's defense in this game and SNES Turtles In Time, SUCKS! If you wanna make easy wins, stick with Michaelangelo, he is the OP Turtle in this game and SNES Turtles In Time. Reasons: He is the strongest and he has a ton of defense

I swear. This is the first game I beat it by myself at 4 years old. I remember I being frustrated that I couldn't Shredder at the end till finally I was happy I did. Childhood memories.
Even though it wasn't as good as Turtles in Time, it is still a pretty good game and I like how they at least tried to do something different by having different levels and bosses and storyline, rather than just copying Turtles in Time. It sucks it only had Rocksteady, but the Arcade didn't even have Bebop and Rocksteady at all.

Definitely a shame about the music though. The poor Genesis just couldn't handle that kind of awesomeness,It’s still a good game but could have been so much better.
