@@Detonated66 one of the things he did was make the giant Superman statue with his team it’s actually a lot bigger than it looks in the movie, he also made the giant alien ship- he told me that when he was working on the inside of it he was waddling in a bunch of water because they filled it up before they finished making the inside of the ship, it was super cool to see the pictures he took after the movie came out

I don't think you have either. There was only like a couple times that Superman lost to Batman, one of those two is strongly considered non-canon. Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure there have been like seven comic stories where Batman lost to Superman. Of course he did, it's unlikely for a bat-themed guy with no powers to beat a guy with a bunch of powers. It's a no-brainer. A REAL matchup would be Superman vs Iron Man, Dr Strange, or Son Goku.

Years ago, like in the early 2010s, my sister worked at the local movie theater and they would play that Gummi Bear song on the TV monitors at the Concessions booth. It drove her CRAZY having to hear that play all day, while manning the register there

The point behind Bateman not killing Superman after Martha isn't because the parents say the same name it's because to Batman it shows that a human makes superman vulnerable and more humane instead of the monster he thinks he is

The BvS scene pisses me off not because of the scene itself, but the fact that people don't understand it. It's not about their moms having the same name, it's about humanizing Superman in Bruce's eyes. Up until that part, Bruce only saw Clark as an alien, a threat not from this world. He is about to save the world from a dictator (in his eyes) that can bring about the end of humanity. But when Clark says "Martha", his PTSD flares up. All of his trauma instantly comes to the surface and suddenly he's a 1o-year-old boy again standing in an alley with his world shattered. When Lois says it's his mother's name, Bruce finally sees what he is doing. He isn't killing Superman, but Clark Kent. A man who has a wife, a man who has a mother. A man who is about to lose her to a man with a gun. That's why he stops fighting. Because he sees that he isn't a monster. He is one of them.
