Can you elaborate on baking soda as a teeth whitening substance. Some Doctors recommend it for patients. Is it true that it whitens your teeth over time or is it a myth? You know, not everyone wants to go to the hospital to get their teeth whitened.

Could you do a video on teeth grinding? I've been struggling with this for so many years and only recently started doing jaw botox to manage it but it's such a short term solution. I found that I even tend to do it even when I'm not stressed so it bums me out that my body has made a habit out of it 😢

It's a good thing that we all know now that having a normal yellowish teeth is not bad at all. They say that when the teeth are normally yellowish, they are said to be much stronger too, Dr.John is it true? Hi Dr., Amazing video as always! I do wonder, as I get mixed answers about it, what is the max % of water peroxide you should use . Which would not hurt your tooth health in any form or case. I thought it was 6% as per (EU law I believe), however many dentists have 35% carbamide peroxide and 15% hydro peroxide, bit lost here

I think some points you brought up were great. I would love to see over-the-counter whitening product reviews and what we should get as general consumers to do at home. Another topic that was slightly mentioned is what you eat post whitening (48 hours) is the most crucial time. What are the best foods to eat during that time? (obviously not colored or acidic) What is recommended?

My dentiste told me that any kind of theet whitening you do whether it be with a dentist or with tips and tricks you can do by yourself at home might work but it will make the teeth Fragile / sensitive. Can you also talk about that? Is there actually anything you can do at all without making the teeth fragile?

Thanks for clarifying that yellow teeth is okay. My teeth is on the yellow side but otherwise I take good care of them (flossing, brushing, cleaning every 6m). I always wonder if the dentist is judging me every time I come because my teeth is kinda yellow. 😅

Hey Doctors, could a person have both Overjet & overbit? Does correcting these will affect my jaw/facial structure? Also, I’m 28 will the rubber bands will still work? Also, aesthetically will the jaw/facial shape look better or worse once this corrects?

Another thing my dentist told me the whitening steps would go up about 1-2 levels from ur real teeth color depending on each person and the natural color ones have 😊🙃 Can’t wait for the next Vdo about these tips more 🫶🏻

I would love to whiten my teeth a bit, but until there is a way to do it without amplifying my natural sensitivity. I spent a lot of money for a process with my DDS, but had to abort midway because of the nerve torture it became. :(
