Teflon tape VS Loctite 55 thread sealant string [How to stop leaks] 

Today I am looking at the difference and correct applications of both Teflon and Loctite 55 thread sealant string. Both are great pipe sealants that have been around for a long time. Teflon is definitely a broader used product and Loctite has a great reputation for quality products. So let’s see what my personal thoughts are.
