6 years ago my wife convinced me to visit India. I always have been hesitant for some reasons. We started in Punjab for 6 weeks. Went home just to have a new Visa and flew back to Delhi. Traveled mostly by train to Hyderabad and Goa from where we explored the south by car 5000 km to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and back to Goa. To make a long story short, since 5 years we are constantly living in Goa. We got our live long visa solved with an OCI due to my wifes ancestors. We both love it and dont miss Europe at all. I love how positive you guys are about everything. Too many travel blogs are trying to be "reviews" which will give so much negatives and they show either ridiculous luxury living or don't get the point of travel at all. You guys travel the same way most people would and are so down to earth and lovely and chill and so positive about different cultures and food etc I just love it. I subscribed on your Cyprus videos and just working my way through the rest of your destinations. I was planning on India as my next trip and you actually made me want to experience that train ride now! Can't believe I actually want to go on a train lol.

When i visited India, i took a train like this from Chennai to Bangalore. It wasn't as grand as this, but it was AC and decent. Longest ride ive ever been on!! 😅

There is one more train which you should try is 'Vande Bharat Express' btw Delhi to Varanasi which is India's fastest train until bullet train starts. And you must visit Varanasi as it is the world's oldest city and the religious capital of INDIA 🇮🇳

The station is divided into 2 parts: The Suburban and the Mainline station The Suburban stations platforms are numbered 1 to 7 And the Mainline stations platforms are numbered 8 to 18 So total 18 platforms

Tejas, Gatimaan, Vande Bharat ,Shatabdi , Rajdhani, Duranto, Humsafar are good trains and considered standard premium ( Complimentary food is provided in most above except Humsafar). Deccan Oddesy, Palace on wheel , Golden Chariot, Rajasthan on wheels, Maharaja Express are luxurious trains. There are some hill trains also like in Ooty (In Tamilbadu) , Matheran ( near Mumbai) , Shimla and Darjeeling. On can travel and enjoy travelling, In summer Hill stations of sub Himalayan, in winter entire India, in Monsoon hills of central India especially Maharastra, in winter Goa and Southern India mostly beaches. Train travel is a way to travel and observe diversity of India. From IRCTC one can easily book train ticket. It was really a nice travel video. Please also mention how you booked ticket with how much difficulty and hitches.

Thanks for the post guys. I've also travelled on the Tejas Exp from Mumbai-Goa and back and also Mumbai-Ahmedabad. Loved it. Nice to see you guys made it safely to the hotel. Yes the train station Karmali in Goa does tend to get crowded and also a bit challenging to get taxi to your Hotel /destination once you arrive. As for us , we pre arranged a auto before we arrived so we jumped in the auto within minutes upon reaching Karmali . Cheers
