Tekken 4 intro holds a special place in my heart. You know Kazuya is a bad guy and yet that intro had me rooting for him so hard, taking those shades off and walking into the building messing all those guards up narrating, and then knocking the camera out. Best scene forever. Also, Jin/Ling Xiaoyu unrequited love story story line was perfect.

They both put the backs onto each other even though just for survival, there was an understanding between them that the other one won't fight them as long as JACKs were around. And in just like, 6 months or something, they both fought brutually until Kazuya finally killed Heihachi. That moment is very iconic for a Mishima fan (me).

Tekken 2, Tag Tournament and Dark Resurrection are my favorites. Especially Tekken 2 and TT, I love how they're both full of seriousness and darkness, even maybe melancholy. I love the vibe they give. And they're both the best intro songs too, freaking L E G E N D A R Y.

As a part of the latest generation, I grew up with Tekken 5. I remember when I was like 8 (When being 8 meant you were innocent lol) I never knew that there was more than one language, so I only watched the action scenes. When I replayed it after over 6 years, I finally realised that Tekken was Japanese.

I've followed the Tekken series throughout my childhood from 2 to Dark Resurrection -- even though I've never been and never will be good at fighting games -- and this is just such a feel-good nostalgic trip for me.

All of them are really good. If I had to my nostalgia decide I would say that Tekken 2 is my favorite just because it was my first one.

Tekken 3 and 5 have one of the best intros so far - one is like a movie the other is like an anime not seen before .

I know these are the home versions, but I don't like how they added Steve Fox and Christie in the Tekken 4 intro. In the arcade, it was just Heihachi and the return of Kazuya. I worked at a Namco arcade about the time it came out *2001?!?!* and damn, that game made so much money. I would work the slow day shift and just stand behind the stupid prize desk and watch that Tekken intro for hours. Good times. 😅

Tekken 2 for nostalgia but I think the Tekken 3 intro is so badass! That's definitely my favorite. Seeing King get all buffed to be a wrestler again with Armor King in the background is awesome.

I love the intros to this song sure does bring my childhood back memories looking back at this scene the list of Tekken games I have on PS2, and Ps3 are: Tekken 3, tag, 4, 5, 6, and tag 2. I wish I had Tekken 7 then my collection of Tekken games would be complete Tekken to me is almost compared different to Mortal Kombat but even more awesome.

Hearing the first seconds of the Tekken 4 intro is probably the most intense feeling of nostalgia I could ever have.

For me Tekken 5 Intro is the best of all of them.

These intros are why I always considered Tekken a quadrilogy! Just the sheer steps forward from Tekken 1all the way to Tekken 4. The reverence for Tekken 5 forward sorta gives me the general age range of this comment section and makes me feel super old. Lol. Because I vividly remember playing the first 3 Tekken games upon release in both the arcade and home console, and how hyped (and subsequently flaborgasted) I was to play Tekken 4 on PS2 when it first released. Man I loved this series. Can't to see what Tekken 8 has in store since I haven't played a "mainline" Tekken game since Tekken 5 (which I did NOT enjoy) and a Tekken game in general since Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Tekken 5 intro promoted the combat energy, the music had different modes, starting chill and featuring the peaceful fighters, then it starts getting loud featuring angry fighters, different energies and feelings. The other intros lacked at least one of those factors.

Tekken 3 intro is my favorite intro to Tekken since my childhood when I was 8 years old it's what got me into playing it in the first place. I still have a list of Tekken games since I was 8-19 years old. The Tekken games I have are; Tekken 3, tag, 4, 5, 6, tag 2 tournament, and 7. Looking back at these intros brings me back memories, too bad Tekken 7 was the last time for it, and R.I.P. to the guy who played Heihachi Mishima who brought so much hype and badass intros to Tekken. Tekken 2 had a cool intro as well, but the ones so have on PS1, PS2, PS3, and PS4has brought me so many memories looking at it. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏💯

Man Tekken 2 and Tekken 3 had the BEST music!! Tekken 2, 3, 4, and 5 had the most epic intros by far. 6 and 7 were pretty good, but not quite the same feeling as the older games. Tekkie 1 is understandably not the greatest since it was the first of its kind, but Tekken 6 and 7 should've been a bit more intense. Less talking, more crazy good hardcore metal music.

My opinions on TEKKEN intros : Tekken 1 and 2 : quite okay on the graphics and such. Tekken 3 and TTT1 : the start of a new era. getting better. Tekken 4 : Not Bad Tekken 5 :arguably the Best intro of all Tekken series Tekken 6 and TTT2 : Decent. quite good Tekken 7 : What is that??
