+Rumi Setzu Oh, my bad. Ranks are bound to one character. The only exception is that once you get 1st dan on one character all other characters become 1st dan. After that what rank you reach is character exclusive, meaning you can have a very high rank, but your other characters can still be first dan, I hope that's what you wanted to know.
I don't like when people are like Paul is overpowered like is Being OP in a game that is based on strategy and timing makes up for a lack of lows and in part of lack of moves.I love Paul to death my favorite but I have better luck winning with other characters
Rollback probably. Being online, small inconsistencies between the cabinets could make a move hit on one cab and miss on another, maybe due to one small frame of difference where Jin was stepping on knees cab and just started blocking on lowhighs before winding back to fix the error. It happens from time to time on ttt2.
I think after losing three in a row would define enough to me that I'm not going to win much more..knee is getting owned and it's looking real bad for the Paul enthusiast
Well, Paul does have a lot of match ups. Like almost everything Paul has is unsafe on block. Plus the startup on many of his moves and normals is rather slow on start up compared to many other characters. That and Paul does not really have any great punish options, like anything he does low does not go into any high optimal damage combos compared to most other characters, and paul doesnt have many lows that can go into anything and his lows are super slow and very short ranged. I think Namco tried to buff pauls dmg to try balance him and bring him up in the tier list, but still not enough since he cant get that dmg in. Like Paul almost has to take a gamble to get anything in.
