It truly makes no sense why Kaz's heat smash is as garbage as it is, -14 and it doesn't even wall splat, gives terrible damage and I don't even think it hard wall breaks. As a Bryan main I love playing against Kazuya lol
because he is fucked up in heat, access to new moves, can enforce mix with ff2 and db12, db12 just fucking launches you if it hits you grounded. Character is pretty buff in heat already
