It's implied in Tekken 7 (with the ending she had with Lili's monologuing about moving in with her) that Asuka was always on the search for Feng, but they never encountered each other in canon.

@@bichoestranhocomcaudas6543 Yeah on one hand, Asuka finally confronts Feng for what he did to her father and by extension dojo, but on the other... Feng is going to make sure she gets real acquainted with the dirt on his boots like her father so there's that unfortunate reality about plot line between the two.

Facts out of context Kazuya seems like a typical strict Japanese dad

Kazuya dont have anything personal against Jin, more over he didn't do so much against him. T4 Kazuya tried to take his power yes, but no personal things, and Jin smacked the man for that. T6 Jin has started WW3 of course Kazuya would place a bounty on him and war. And now T8 he did some things yeah, but they could reconcile with the help of Jun, unlike Kaz with Heihachi or Jin with Heihachi.

Kazuya doesn't really have any hatred towards Jin. He just doesn't care(much). His beef was with Heihachi. After that was over, he just does what he wants and Jin is just in the way.

Maybe not many, but SNK already made something like this interaction a long time ago, especially with Andy Bogard & Mai Shiranui, Terry Bogard & Blue Mary, and Robert Garcia & Yuri Sakazaki (And yeah, all of them are couple). If I'm not mistaken, there are Special interaction between family or friends too (Ryo & Robert, Kyo & Iori, Ryo & Yuri, Yuri & Takuma, etc).

Also Nina vs Steve, unless I missed it.

​@@DreamOfTheRebel They do have unique dialogue. Nina doesn't say anything specifically to Steve, but Steve talks about how Nina was the last person he wanted to fight in the tournament.

not the first time, Devil Jin's catchphrase has been translated to "Fear the wrath of God" (T5) and later "Fear my wrath" (Tag2 onwards) when it really means "I will teach you the meaning of fear"

Subtitles: What's your excuse for losing this time? And during the outro if she wins Lili: "Salt! Je me suis vengée de Azuka" I got my revenge on Azuka. Subtitles: I did it Salt! Victory against Asuka is mine. During the Lili vs. Azucena intro it's "Je t'apprendrais que le thé est supérieur" I'll teach you that tea is superior. Subtitles: "I'll show you the majesty that is tea."
