@@jinpachichulo7561some people are actually being assholes and are uploading the final fight and ending for Tekken 8. RU-vid recommendations will be acting up so be careful out there
Just watched. Complete garbage lmao I want 40 min of my life back. Only 4 out of 32 endings weren't comedy cucking the characters in their own ending. Garbage. Don't waste your time. If you must, watch on RU-vid but don't waste your time beating the game with each character.
@@jinpachichulo7561Bro the endings are the same as 6 but at least better than the abomination of 7. Fact : Law is the most bullied character out of all in Tekken 8 😭
You sure? Mainman likely has the most influence of all Tekken content creators, and frequently pushes Kazuya as the best to ever do it. A large sum of people are now Kaz enthusiasts because of him, not to mention all the Reina simps. The sudden influx of Jins will mostly be the result of newcomers and tier whores.
Just a little bit of anti-tech for Jin now in T8 since well, he is a lab char now. Weird. 123/124/121 - 123/124 is dickjabbable, in T7 this was enough but 121 exists now. You could condition with a dickjab, and when they start doing 121 block it and launch. It sounds better than it is it wont be used a fair amount so the bare minimum is pretty much enough. Otherwise ss duck, and i think the 121 jails in time to be performed before any sidesteps go through so you wont get hit, any delays you'd end up avoiding. Go to the right. Df2 ob - you can CH it up to 12/13f, a high magic 4 wont be evaded by uf2 or ECD1. In general if you see anyone enter breaking step on block, they need to dedicate to it so make sure to use your mid checks, i doubt the new sidestep cancels have been practiced well enough yet. Zen 12df is in the same boat, its largely just a gimmick. The only breaking steps to genuinely worry about are when the hits hit you which is obvious, his brazilian kicks and Zen 3+4 flying HIGH kick. Everything below is where all the real shit kicks in. Zen 4 (flying divekick) - 27/28f, +1 ob in neutral, +5 on wakeup so dont mash. Its very succeptible to sidesteps or siderolls, but if they delay it and time your tech you'll likely be caught with it. This leads into more advanced Jin maneuvres with kajek setups which i think TMM actually has a vid on it. Furthemore Zen 4 is pretty much never guaranteed so make sure you dont get spammed with this. Very linear, very floatable, DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. For certain setups, its lopsided but again, you're not gonna see anyone pull kajek setups for a while. F4 into Zen - just wanted to put this out here, if you have a char with a quick poke into low, you'll basically get the best possible counter to his Zen, say a df1 into low which i think Law has, it'll beat everything that comes out since Zen 2 is relatively slow. 214 - backdash/sidestep the final hit if its remotely delayed, the low is reactable please practice this. Bf23f - +2 ob now which is a pretty... stupid change, but the only thing guaranteed technically is Zen df2+3, a high grab. Its better to see which option they do and punish accordingly. Be far more concerned about b3f/b32. Which is alot more effective. Ws13~3 - can be backdashed or sidestepped. Ws132142 - i doubt many people will do this as their go to ws punisher while ws44 exists (mid high) but make sure to duck the low, or if they stop at the mid punches they are unsafe at -13 i think. -13 or -12. D2 - good luck honestly. Theres a red flash low, so if you're used to Kuni and Yoshi you might have a decent time with this. Its relatively weak to sidewalk so use that i suppose. D343/d3,4~4 - low high, duck the high, or if you end up blocking the final mid its -13 iirc. D3,4~4 like df14~4 is unsafe on block. Jin is generally sidewalk right. The breaking step moves are his brazilian kick, f4, df2, b3, Zen 3+4, Zen 12df, ws12 and 31 (high high, duck the jab). Zen u1 - his samsara, 14f and -15 ob. Exclusively use mids to punish as highs might be evaded. Gl hf. I dont think i missed anything. Also ff2 bug range op pls nerf.
I’m seeing a lot of people saying this is the worst Jin guide and that he should input it on screen… guys if you just learn the terms and lab then you’ll realize that this is indeed the best Jin guide you could ask for in 8 mins.. this man is a legacy player trust me he knows what he’s talking ab
@CursedParasyte bro why are they catering to those type of players? Why are we making characters easier and overpowered? I’m just going to play Jin as well, when in Rome…
@kamitenshi3825 Because Temken 7 was probably the most profitable in the franchise's history and a lot of changes made in 8 were started in 7. A lot of the newcomers were much simpler and easier than most vets, and while some vets were a little easier, they still retained their difficulty for the most part. Now in 8 they are just going balls to the wall with it because they feel like it worked with 7. I personally don't mind things being easier to execute, but making these god moves that do everything is a little much.
This is one of the most informationally dense guides I've ever seen, holy hell. Would love to see you start to have input display enabled for future vids.
As a newcomer who found your channel via the Bandai channels beginners guide video, Tekken seems so inaccessible i can't understand a thing 😭 Its fascinating though. Think i'll just play arcade quest and take things at my own pace, hope things just gradually start to fall into place.
@@hafizexenoheart6921 Thanks! I've played most of them but only in a very casual sense, just button mashing mayhem with friends, but i'm tired of getting beaten now so it's time to step up :D
Thats natural for a newbie! Arcade Quest has a great tutorial to help you get comfortable with the games mechanics. And don't be afraid to use the Special Style controls. It's also meant to be a gateway to learning Tekken 8 as well as a way to introduce you to the roster.
@@suto9233 i've been using special style just to blitz through the story but i'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to be helping me learn, it feels like button mash level 2 haha. either way i'm enjoying my time so far! once the stories over i'll do arcade quest and start the learning grind :)
1- X or ▢ 2- Y or Δ 3- A or X 4- B or O 1,2,3,4 are face buttons on controller so when he says doing down 1+2 it means down and press "X or ▢" and "Y or Δ" at the same time...
Still ridiculously hard to use at higher level, but if you play defensive as hell in lower ranks, you'll get to fujins very quickly. I was fighting the competitive ranks in yellow ranks yesterday (they're probably red by now). It's still a massive amount of skill.
notes of the moves i'll be focusing on as a beginner: 1 df1 d2 4 uf4 ZEN, BRK, 2 ZEN, u1 f4 - safe CH launch (run in w/ b3), ZEN ff2 - safe, heat dash launchr df2 - safe long rng mid chck, BRK cd1 - launch 2,1,4 - pk string, free d2 on CH b2,1 - safe long rng pk ff3 - 50/50 w/ ? ZEN, BRK, 1 - launch crouchers ZEN, 1, f - looong range get in
Most well designed character in the game, doesn't rely on any specific gimmicks and can be played by new players and mastered by people who want to invest into him aswell. Very good character. The only downside with him is you actually have to learn alot of his moves since they are all so great unlike Kazuya and Bryan Fury with their one trick pony buttons taunt b4 or fb2 and Kazuya just frame perfect electric quite literally unplayable without it since it's a staple in his combos.
I was going to main either Lars or Lili with 8, but after spending a lot of time with him in the demo and seeing all the sick visual overhauls he's got, I gotta switch to Jin.
can anyone help with the f4 pickup, i can never hit the b3 after run. been trying for a whole hour [edit: nvm finally starting to hit it, guess it wasn't a lie after all lol]
Great video…but for a beginner like me it’s too fast with the move explanations. I just can’t follow. Writing the move commands on screen would help tremendously.
Id highly suggest beginner players to create your own thing. Although still a great guide doesnt hide the fact that youll be subjugated to these things. DO NO LIMIT YOURSELF if you wanna start being more competitive its okay to mess up
