@shykoplays no problem I got you. I've been trying to look for his launchers and have even made a list of my own for them since the internet doesn't want to tell me shit for some reason lol.
This guide is amazing, specific and straight to the important strings and punishments and great frame data explanation! I hope you do more guides for other characters because I love them! I never expected to be playing Lars but this guide has given me intrigue
Thank you so much. I’ve been playing Lars as a Tekken beginner and I am quickly rising through the ranks (shockingly) because I have a decent neutral game just using some moves I’ve found from arcade mode and move list but I had no clue on whether I was being optimal or not, let alone the stances. And all other Lars guides are extremely complex even though they say beginners. You get a thumbs up
New to tekken started playing Lars coz I heard some say he's an easy character to learn but I feel he's not as beginner friendly as some think tbh. I feel like he has a lot of stuff in his kit that can overwhelm a lot of newbies
I would say in terms lars is easy in terms of execution but if your completely new to tekken you still have the learn the fundamentals of the game first. How the game works ect. Tekken is a hard game to get good at in general so have to just give it some time
The stomp in stance is a good idea but I'm MAD they removed the down 1+2 one for no reason... In some oki situation it was usefull and cool as a round ender when you keep the input in and see him arms crossed for a moment, defenetly annoyed about this loss, the stance one takes more time
Needed this 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 but I have a quick question, I noticed that Lars has a couple of throws in his kit and I wanted to know if they were viable in his gameplan or do they at least mesh well with his stance play?
His throws are nothing really much to talk about. He has just generic throws and a 1+2 throw. The only throw that works well is his uf 3+4 throw (avalance drop) can catch ppl out
I've seen Lars players do WS 2 into a backdash but can't find the input in the movelist?? Must be missing something Found it, it was down.... took me too long to try that lmao
I actually forgot to even mention ff3+4 ngl i wouldnt use that low much. Its very risky. Can be good to clutch out rounds sometimes but wouldnt recommend using it much. If you do use it, use it from very up close. Harder to react to
