Lyrics here are from "Dirty Little Animals" song from Arcane I can't understand what's before 0:14 but after it's "They gonna take you down, down, down Wanna slide and turn Such a lovely way to burn, burn, burn" Lines below are being repeated throughout the song "I never felt like this before I think I might just want some more I never felt like this before I think I might just" "It makes your blood run hot It makes your spit taste sweet It makes you feel more alive"
To be clear - there's nothing specific from cyberpunk. It's typical and classic Industrial style, just pretty modern. And it all comes from early 00's when Industrial was pretty popular but had it's attention for a short time and kept pretty niche genre. Many modern genres got industrial elements, but industrial as the main core is pretty rare. And when people hear industrial notes in games, for instance, everyone likes it actually. So it's kinda hidden gem. Not saying it's bad that such OST is associated with Cyberpunk for you. I just wanted to point the importance of Industrial music as independent genre that, for some reason, doesn't have the attention it deserves.
I hate the in-game version of this so much. This version is less "AHH AHH AHH AHHH AHHHHHHHHH" heroic bs and more hard thumbing guitar riffs and heavy bass that's all I want when I'm brawling.
This is the kind of music you wanna hear in a battle game. Not like the previous parts some scifi battle music shit. This is the agressive type that should be in battle games
You know, everytime i watched Zoolander movies, i always thought about Tekken sometimes. Maybe, it was because some musics from Zoolander movies were flashy, catchy, discotic, and/or upbeat.
I think the thing I'm excited the most about Tekken 8 is gonna be all those stages soundtracks that I know are gonna be hype: Tekken 5: Moonlight Wilderness Tekken 6: Electric Fountain Tekken Tag 2: It's not a Tuna Tekken 7: Cave of enlightenment Tekken 8:
This OST already has me hyped; if the rest follows through with easter eggs/remixes of old themes I really hope The Place(Lei's T2 Theme) and Ecological Mix(Juns Theme) gets a chance
