Tagore is a future station along the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL)'s phase 2 section. Currently, it is just a box structure that has not been fitted out. Video was taken in July 2021.
NE2 does not have a shell right? it does make you wonder how they would go about constructing the station should they have it in the future without disrupting the existing service
because they have no official plan to make it. they might make it but its a very low chance. they should have made outram as ne2 and then they could make NE1A for the stn if it comes. thats a mistake they made long ago in 2003. because rhe chances are low. officialy its not going to be made.
