Gallions Phase 2B, lead by our client Telford Homes, will bring a unique community and fresh way of living to the Royal Docks. The £70m development will consist of 267 apartments looking to be completed in 2023. Since the project started in 2020, Powerday has provided general waste and plasterboard skips. In the last 12 months we have taken away over 470 tonnes of waste from site with a 60% recycling and reuse rate, and 40% energy recover rate, with zero waste to landfill.
Telford Homes have released their carbon footprint roadmap to reduce their carbon emissions to zero by 2030. We are helping them with this with our carbon neutral fleet.
You can find out more about our work on Telford Homes Gallions Phase 2B project in this video interview with Senior Site Manager & Project Lead, Ben Tucker!
