Usually meal prep will not work on someone who does not eat healthy. Since the person feels so limited. Instead you should alternate her food. Instead of white bread buy whole grain bread, or use olive or avocado oil. You should consider juicing as well. Eating healthier can definitely benefit her in every spect. Hope this helps!❤️
