In 2020, we experienced two miscarriages. I had monthly blood work and an HSG test done. I took Letrozole/Femara, Progesterone, and Metformin and did Whole30. We had no answers except that everything looked fine.
In January of 2021, I found out I was pregnant again. A couple of weeks later I was told I was having another miscarriage based on my levels dropping and experiencing spotting and cramping.
I went in after a weekend of no progression to see what needed to be done. Miraculously, my levels were up and the pregnancy was viable!
