If you build in the Colorado River service area, the available water is rapidly decreasing, to the extent that Hoover Dam already stopped producing electricity, and Glen Canyon Dam is expected to stop between June and late next year (2023). So you need to pull the water out of the air, rather than ground or being in competition with existing users. This may also mean that you need to actually help pay for and encourage improving water use in the rest of the river basin and service area, and also help move region-wide water capture through Permaculture methods, managed to avoid destroying habitat niches on the slopes.
If consciousness and the raising of consciousness is not the central part of this creation, then it will not become what is indented to be. I will not reach its full potential. Hopefully it won't be another WeWork.....driven by greed and the desire for power and money. With the founders thinking of filling their pockets. Only a mission of service to the evolution of consciousness and service to others can create such a place. If it is just real state, jobs and entertainment then it will have the best of the word and the worst of it too.
A better plan would be to terraform the desert and spread residence out. More crime occurs because humans are so close together like in NYC and LA. DEI I read about is also a bad idea.
@@NicholasVarias Crime in cities is far more and worse than isolated farms. The causes of crime you mentioned is true. Those people in cities don't have property, don't have work, and have lots of time to get into trouble instead of working their land.
