I think you guys nailed it at the Townhall today. I love it. I got to see never before seen photos and renderings of your city and it looks absolutely beautiful, even more so than the recent pictures I saw earlier on. I am visually impaired and I need a self driving car and I would definitely want to Live in a city that is suitable and safe for people like me, complete with streets that are safe for walking and cycling since my dad and I love to ride bikes, and complete with roads that are set up for driverless vehicles. Mobility is important for me. Also, being Close to great shops and restaurants would be very important as well. No matter where you are, it looks like this is a city where there is lots of nightlife and great shops and restaurants right off your elevator. I would definitely be down to get a condo in your city. At least a vacation home.

2:30 - "generating enough water..." - how exactly are you going to "generate" water? Have you invented Star Trek style replicator perhaps?

Community owned land and community owned crypto-currency. Having a foundation that owns the resources is the way to go. There are a Lot of great crypto projects based on this community ownership model proving it can work successfully for scaling stakeholdership for just about anything. Bring in the users and stakeholders and the community benefits. This is ingeniously futurisitic. Good luck Teosla and too the moon!

Love the vision, but I definitely have doubts. No idea how to not sound like a negative prick but Ill say why I have doubts. 1. To me having people invest in the land and have the land price rise is the opposite of inclusion, this will soft exclude everyone that doesn't already own land. No idea how to solve that but in perfect scenario land isn't owned by anyone at all. It's meant for everyone so having someone or a group own more or less doesn't support the goal. 2. In the pictures I see a LOT of vehicles for a walkable 15m city. All you need is a lot of walking, a bit of biking and a tiny bit of buses/trams. Why have vehicles on most roads if it's so dense. And a human drone for 2 while you have roads below seems the opposite of efficiency. (and what about the noise) Blank canvas right? Back to basics, how many vehicles do we really need and are the negative effects (space, noise, cost, stress, children need supervision playing outside) worth it? Building good city from scratch is incredibly broad challenge, so look at the bigger huger picture and realllllly start with a BLANK canvas, no assumptions at all form how cities should be built. 3. In the last picture are some strange buldings, with the 2 highest seem like they don't belong, not efficient and kinda ugly. 4. How are you gonna sustain all those trees and plants, need water from somewhere? Lastly, I hope you make outside for everyone and make it fun and good quality of life and cheap and sustainable, I'd love to see a city that really thinks about a fun outside for everyone. Public free challenging playgrounds, public sport matches with strangers, maybe even a public free swimming pool? I hope it succeeds despite my message.

Have you thought about Team Oriented Manufacturing Strategies, TOMS. You could have the most capable profitable manufacturing centers on Earth if you design them with your Earthlings in mind.

Would everyone need to have a job there? Could retirees live there? Would you tax retirees more if they don’t have a job? If not, how would they still be contributing to the foundation?

1:43 If Telosa really wants to promote active and sustainable modes of transportation, why not they just build a proper railway network instead of these stupid pods

If consciousness and the raising of consciousness is not the central part of this creation, then it will not become what is indented to be. I will not reach its full potential. Hopefully it won't be another WeWork.....driven by greed and the desire for power and money. With the founders thinking of filling their pockets. Only a mission of service to the evolution of consciousness and service to others can create such a place. If it is just real state, jobs and entertainment then it will have the best of the word and the worst of it too.

Communism 2.0 this time it will work. Without putting God 1st building on Sand…literally this is going to be in the Desert, right? 26 And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.” Matthew 7:26-27
