My favorite ncaa tournament game for my IU Hoosiers (other than their national titles) was against this Temple team in the second round. John Chaney vs Bob Knight, Brunson, Jones & McKie vs Bailey, Henderson and Evans… That was a classic 4vs5 second round game. Could have been played 10 times and each team split. Luckily IU was hitting their three’s and Rick Brunson was suffering from the flu.. If this Temple team had a good back to basket player, would have been a top 5 team.
