As a Valir Main (yeah my Mid Lane core is Valir), I can only say it's not worth it. Valir doesn't often use Ultimate to attack in most cases, otherwise once you are controlled you are basically dommed without Ultimate. Even if you use it, it's a bit useless. After all, Charging Skill is not affected. Unless you are a goodshooter, this talent is not as good as God's Rage, I mean, Impure Rage.

@@narutoono9024 Demon Shoes, Ice Queen Wand, Glowing Wand, Concentrated Energy, Wishing Lantern, Divine Glaive Emblems: Mage Emblem, Agility, Bargain Hunter/Festival of Blood, Impure Rage I think Mage Emblem is better because the Adaptive Attack given by Common Emblem is not as high as that of Mage Emblem.

Impure rage is just much better for valir. Low hp enemies thought they have escaped but valir passive is still active and triggers impure rage at the last second, along with glowing wand and sky piercer, enemies just drop down on the ground clueless.

I do using temporal reign valir, my only problem is his lane clearing ability. It took so long, either you clear it and don't help other lane, or pass the minion to help other lane.

Bruh i was using that and it doesnt feel good for her. she already has low cds and at 40% cdr just she can have like 2s 1st skill and 4s 2nd skill just stick to the fighter talents and she's good its just thay the the war axe+BL axe merked her spellvamp hard. Edit: okay so i tried like u suggested temporal + 40% cdr just to confirm and the build goes like this Tough boots: good to pair bfb plate with their cc reduction War axe: 10% cdr + spellvamp Thunder belt: i just like it 4 its bonus mov speed + its and rubys passive synergize wll Queens wing : 10% cdr. Love its unique passive Bfb plate: 10%cdr SS tier item Oracle: 10% cdr, 30% regen increase + lil magic def Conclusion: so even with temp reign her skills still stays 2s for 1st skill, 4s for 2nd skill and 12s for ult when using 40% cdr and temporal reign doesnt really makes that huge of an impact to her, but i might say queens wing passive can just be a better option than temporal reign.

There are only 2 talents Valir uses, Impure Rage or Lethal Ignition. For the Mana regen/HP heal + burn or secured kills with higher burn.

I don't really use Temoporal Reign cuz the nerf made it suck. Like I can't even feel it's effect even equipped with CDR items. I now prefer using Impure Rage instead since it's HP based damage and mana/HP regen helps a lot in different kinds of situations. And yes, I prefer Impure Rage for Xavier cuz his passive already gives what the talent gives and I can barely feel the effect of Temporal Reign even after triggering its passive

As stated by some, his ult is generally used to counter a set made on you, or to provide a safe way to maneuver. Youre generally not using it for DPS, so the talents cdr effect becomes less useful. Many people use impure rage for the extra burn, but I personally just go with Quantum Charge for even more maneuverability, and kiting. (This is even better when using Valir as a Roamer)

I don't think temporal reign affects his first skill because it's like angela, badang, and phoveos first skill.... And also valir has a passive that makes his first skill usable again. In conclusion valir's first skill runs out so it doesn't matter if you have Temporal reign if it runs out

bruh you literally see it in the video, if you even watched it.. 1.5s delay in between casts without Temporal reign, 1.0s with it. There's no "thinking" if it affects the first skill; It literally just does. The question is whether it is worth the 0.5s difference is worth it over impure rage or not.

Honestly as much as it's nice, that's about it really plus you usually don't use ult to engage you save it for a crucial moment when enemy team tries to stun you. So yeah I guess Impure rage it is it's just really great because of the damage.

@@yugiroxas8485 Yeah War Cry is just really great especially that it's a huge boost of damage for 6 seconds literally can be a game changer. Either way those two are more better than temporal reign not saying it's bad more so it's just hard to find the right heroes to take advantage of such talent other than cyclops for example.

As a solo player I use damage heroes to carry and valir isnt my choice to pick. Also the emblem being nerfed to 1.5 times is too much at first i was hyped for it then its pointless 1.5 times wont help that much i rather use impure rage and other effects.

Impure rage is better on valir (with glowing wand and wishing lantern). Temporal reign isn’t worth it since his ult has purify, enhanced 1st and 2nd skills, and his 1st skill recharge (this one has the biggest disadvantage when using Temporal Reign)

And this overhype practically killed Lunox as well. No one ended up using this talent therefore Lunox became DEPENDENT on Temporal Reign because they removed the “No CD 2nd Skill” on the Dark Ult. The use of Dark Ult now is just a small dash same to Flicker.

Lame but busted tbh. With CDR it literally becomes a basic skill at like 7 seconds which is insane with how easy it is to spread his fire fields in a large area to stun people every 7 seconds. Only thing that sucks is the fact the guy doesn't have any innate slow so you gotta buy IQW in that game but oh well its fun using 1st skill to push his 2nd skill onto the towers to burn them. Literally a sea of fire
