Sometimes you are going to want to quit. Sometimes you are not going to want to complete what you need to. If you quit and listen to the inner voice in your head, you not only sell yourself short by slowing down how quickly you will make progress... but you also damage your mind in the long term as you are teaching yourself that it is okay to not complete tasks, be a half job and stop whenever there is a little bit of discomfort. Boys, set tasks and get them DONE.
