Hi, just a quick question, my parents had 3 times refused Australian visa in the past years however, they eventually got the tourist visa on 2022 will I be able to apply contributory parents visa for them ? As I was looking at the criteria it mention you must not have any visa refused to prior to apply for parent visa in Australia.
