I am excited to see a whole playthrough. played through it in early access and therefore would love to see the changes that have been made to the campaign
not going to lie this game looks more interesting than Sword and Shield. (To me at least). Not to mention I appreciate the free form of customization regardless of gender choice (wish pokemon would take notes).
Voltsy said there was one temtem he really wanted and I knew, even without watching the old let's play, it had to be Ganki. Ganki is so freaking useful in the first island with all the flying and water types around. Pair it with a something bulky(preferably electric resistant) in the 2nd slot so you can chain lightning with impunity and it just wipes through just about everything.
@@kaotiksoul5654 nah you gotta get a nessla with electric synthesizer. Getting hit by chain lightning actively heals it, while Ganki still takes damage. The pair of them(ganki in first slot and nessla in second) are the best for exp farming on the first island. The Aquamarine Caves have the highest level wild temtem AFAIK so you can surf in the areas where Oceara is found and use chain lightning to murder everything and stay out forever. Cowards cloak allows you to get exp on anything you'd like at that point
I do agree. Both random shiny encounters and shiny hunting are satisfying and exciting in their own ways. My first ever shiny was a random shiny Wurmple named Megatron that eventually became a Dustox. I used him until i think the Psychic gym when i needed more power. My first shiny hunt was a several hour long hunt for a Rockruff that i was DETERMINED to use in my third USUM playthrough. I used him until the Bug trial when i switched him out for an Alolan Golem that i got in a trade. I ended up with almost 2.5 boxes of shinies in USUM from random encounters, wormholes, and hunts.
It's been ages since I last watched any "Walkthrough" type videos and I found myself enjoying yours for the past few days. Keep up the good work! Btw, I've been waiting for this game to go on sale for ages, does anyone know when and/or during what Steam events?
WOOOOOOOOOP been waiting a year for this bud loved your last playthrough, I look forward to seeing what you do differently in this, this time round different tems
Thanks for posting this! I know its old but I just got this game for Christmas and I have no idea what I'm doing. I have to wait for the PS5 to update before I can play it anyways, so I looked up Temtem content. I always loved your pokemon videos. Anyone know which early temtems are good?
I started up my first playthrough of Pokemon Shield and got Pokerus within 15 minutes. I was so confused, as my luck can usually be generously described as 'apocalyptic'.
I love pokemon. I even bought Violet and played it. But why oh why does this look so much better. This is an indie game company small team and I don't see any blurry textures or frame dropping. WTF small companies doing Professional work! I might give this game a crack!
@@HeroVoltsy I gotta be honest when the platypus temtem was leaked as a fake starter along with the fake lemur and fake rabbit I totally wanted them to be the real deal
First time I hear about TemTem tbh. When I heard that there's a battlepass, I thought the game must be free to play. Then I checked the store on PS-EU and it's 45 € - 65 €. I'm just shocked 😳 I'll just watch ur playthrough then! 😅
Yea it’s ridiculous plus there’s in game currency, completely optional but seriously?! Game is already priced as a full game and you want to add micro transactions. Definitely not buying this but I’ll watch him play I guess.
@@ashkorew5405 It's all cosmetic stuff; stuff you can live without hehe. And they need some form to help upkeep the servers since it's a MMO and not just a one and done game. I am happy to support them and get a few extra goodies! If you buy it the first time, you can earn enough Novas just playing to get the next one and so on and so forth.
These are the types of games that need to be involved in the realm of VR. Haven’t played this yet as I don’t have a PS5 but I hope they consider adding VR compatibility and aim for a Something similar to VRChat
There are actually differences in some mechanics. You can freely switch your moves from wherever you are (except in battle) and moves aren't rng reliant.
