No, if your dropping anyone from England it's Foden, the worst England player we've had these last 4 years. 1 goal in 4 years. Bellingham has been England's best player these past 2 years along with Saka and Kane, dropping him would he insane. Not to mention Foden doesn't play well on the left side he's a right sided player, like Palmer. Bellingham is a left sided player. Quite simple, you invert Rico Lewis/Trent into a double pivot with Rice, you have Gordon on the left, Saka on the right and Kane up top, then Bellingham and Palmer as a double 10 partnership. You also need Bellingham's work rate If you want both Foden and Palmer in then play a 4-4-2 with Palmer and Foden as False 9's and Saka and Gordon as wingers. Net spend that most football fans see online from the top news outlets and twitter pages only take player sales numbers that have been made into account. Not incomes and revenues and expenditures. This net spend is what almost all brain dead fans use to compare club financials. Why you still see people say RM got Mbappe for free or Haaland cost City just 60m. These numbers make it look like these clubs haven't spent anything on these players. That is why Terry keeps reiterating that net spend is not real as in what we see online is not coming from the club's financial statements.

I think FSG are covering their ass. By not spending this first window, they can build up a war chest for Slot either this Jan/next summer or his replacement (if his appointment went horribly wrong). Keep in mind many people were predicting Liverpool barely in top 4 or completely out of the top 4 with Klopp being gone. 3.) on the whole, FSG have gotten the majority of decisions right over their tenure (appointing Klopp, transfers of Robbo, Milner, Matip, VVD, Allison, Gini, Mane, Salah, etc.) with not many failures like Keita or Markovic so LFC fans MOSTLY trust them with their decisions. I understand these guys feelings but based on the way the season is going I could definitely see all 3 signing soon. All that being said, if we get solid replacements for VVD and Salah which I don't think is possible I think fans will stomach it, but if we let Trent leave on a free I GUARANTEE Liverpool fans will riot, with good cause.
