Growing up I always loved the old black and white movies , the way they would dress the actresses and the actors and how clean and elegant they looked. No matter the financial position. I believe that elegance and aesthetics is personal and individual. Those days everything was innocent, good hearted and people would speak in a nice manner. For me THAT IS ELEGANCE. Good manners, innocence, goodness, and dressed with a nice style. The days we are living is completely the opposite. Elegance and style is something forgotten in the world and only the few remember it. Class and elegance can be achieved by everyone ( no matter colour, appearance or background) and doesn’t have to be expensive brands or extravagant things. But old money type of attitude can have a negative effect also because it can build narcissism, selfishness and bad ego that cannot see the things the right way. Style, the right attitude and being grateful is the only way to say “ I have class, I know who I really am “ . Not greedy but grateful.
