Today I'm going to show you a trick on how to tenderize any beef
500g beef
Cut off white membranes
¾ teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) for 250 g of beef
Rub the meat well with the baking soda
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 35-40 minutes

1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

You can also use a different sauce, for example based on soy sauce
After 35 minutes the meat will be bright red, this is normal
Rinse the meat well
Dry the meat
Preheat a frying pan with frying oil
Pour half of the portion into the pan
Fry on the highest level for about 1 minute
Then stir and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes
Take out the first portion of meat
Add frying oil and fry the second portion in the same way

1 onion
Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes
add meat
Salt

Fry for another 2-3 minutes and turn off

200-300 grams of tomatoes

1 avocado
100 grams of corn
