Tender scallops in a creamy sauce 

A very simple recipe for sea scallops. They turn out very tender and tasty, besides, they are perfectly complemented by the taste of a creamy sauce!

Olive oil
Butter
Salt to taste
for sauce
Garlic 1 pc.
Flour pinch
Fatty cream 150-200 ml.
Salt and pepper to taste
