Not a doctor, but it does help better understand the various functions of tendons, its structure, and ultimately the importance of good repair and healing (mainly allowing it to form/bond, orient tissue, and lastly, strengthen the repair site). In summary, proper rehab plays a critical role to reestablish optimal pre injury state. I can’t control or redo the surgical repair, but I can control the rehab process.

How many months did the anterior tendon wound heal

Hello good sir. I have SEVERE tendonopothy in both of my flexors tendons. The tendons are so inflammed that they push out of my skin, there is a big bump on Zone V. I’ve had it for about 1year and tendon capacity is very low. How can I know how much load the tendons can handle for exercising and healing? May you answer thank you🙏🏾❤️
