We have stayed there 3 times now and would agree Phill needs a little bit of TLC in places … also little touches of say tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice … the food variety was much better before COVID but having said that it’s not bad and as you said snacks available all day .. also the bar in the corner of stage area snacks provided after 9pm or 10pm I can’t remember now. Great informative vlog 😎

Definitely .. it’s very clean and the staff are lovely 😎 you showed so much it was a brilliant vlog especially for people who maybe are thinking of staying there .. wish there were more vloggers that showed so much 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 to you the hotel I’m sure would agree !!!

I’ve booked this hotel and I’ve seen that checkout is at 11, do you know if they let you store your luggage if you have a late flight ? Cause we wouldn’t be flying home til 8pm

Great Video! I think we were at the same time at the PCE. For us it's the best hotel at Playa de las Americas.

Please , could anyone tell Is it too hot in Tenerife in July ? And I wanted to ask , do they have chairs and umbrellas on the beach ? Is the sea rough ? Sorry for plenty of questions ;-D xxx

Hi First one hard to answer as I like hot weather. They do have chairs and umbrellas, not everywhere. But there are areas that are shaded. The sea really depends on some days it can be a bit choppy, but it can also be so calm that another day

Just booked here for a week in April. Does anybody has any experience with it in that time? Are those pools are enjoyable or too cold? :/ I also confused about the all inclusive part .. is it all inclusive for everyone ? Does it contain drinks too? Any alcohol? How about the food? :) I just cancelled Best Tenerife Hotel for this and that one is a 4 stars hotel however this just 3

I'm sure it's an all-inclusive hotel only. You do get certain alcoholic drinks with it for free coffee juice and soda. Food seems to be the poolside most of the day. You get breakfast lunch and dinner also. Unfortunately, I didn't use the pools, but I did see people use them.

Black beach about 10mins walk. Golden beaches about 6 mins walk. Rocky beach 3mins walk. All very easy to get to 😃

I went and visited. There is another hotel I cheated with to. So, another tour coming 😆 But I got 2 weekends in March, and I'm heading back home 🏡
