You give a nice tour where it’s slow enough to really look around and you show us behind closed doors! I like getting a good look at closets. Beautiful home
Architects and builders in Tennessee should visit the western states, California in particular know how to design a primary bedroom suite. The bedroom should be ample enough to have a sitting area large enough for a settee, coffee table and reading lights. The closets should be state of the art with led lighting. The water closets must contain a bidet combination toilet, there is no outlet for such a toilet and must be added in later. Epoxy floors in the garages, good thinking and a plus. Side openers for the garage doors, good. Tankless water heaters, smart.The outdoor kitchen has a vent hood, you do not see this feature very often in these new construction projects, a major plus. There are upscale light switches, but outlets with USB C will need to be installed later. The tour is good, you opened drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. You took time to show the garage, this area is highly important to buyers. If you would back into bathrooms and adroit your reflection in the mirrors, it would make for an outstanding tour.

I swear, every time I think you have reached a pinnacle of showing high-end luxury home and probably wouldn't top a previous one I called my all-time favorite, you manage to find something that leaves me 🤤 drooling in awe, ..... This house is so beautiful but i don’t really like the open space in the yard without limits 😢 also how the closet and bedrooms’ windows are looking into the street, it makes it feel unsafe. It’s very beautiful for a huge family since it has more than 6 bedrooms and tons of space 😅 but surely i will cut some rooms out and it will be perfect, but i guess americans and specially texans are huge huge family… coming from a Latin person 😂

@Luv_2P Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Zebulon, Cary, Wendell, Knightdale, Smithfield, Clayton ( Johnston County), Four Oaks, Holly Springs, and any where in Wake County. There are a few more places. We have about 10 to 15 towns that surround Raleigh NC. These are the ones I can think of off hand.
