Hello Teresa, I just found you and I learned 2 new techniques from you tonight. Paper piecing without sewing through the paper on all seams. At least that's how it appeared to be. Then half 2 square triangles with one cut and the other one sewn to the the setting square. Very clever. Thank you, from California.

Excellent tutorial on the Tennessee Waltz quilt. I also use freezer paper for paper piecing, as I can use the same piece several times as like you, I never sew through it. Terrific fabric choices.

Gorgeous. I’ve just been working out how much of each fabric I need to make this. I so want to start on this today and I’m sure those who don’t get a finished gift for Christmas will understand; the quilters amongst them will, I’m sure. Your fabric choices are always spot on. Were the fabrics used in this tutorial newer purchases or have you had them in your stash for some time? Could you tell me please where you purchase many of your fabrics from? When I’m looking to purchase online, I try to buy from Australian stores first, so are always interested in finding new shops to look through. I’m in rural Victoria and are at least an hour away from any specific quilting store, however can get some fabrics, though limited, from a mixed craft/gift store in the next town (25mins away). Thanks again for posting another fabulous tutorial. Cheers 🙂

How did you get diamond shape or the sides of it there is no measure for me to do it and your web side has no pattern so I ordered a book looks great
