I just did something crazy today, I tried doing a bicep 💪🏽 curl without warning up and did it too quickly with heavy weight and my elbow was hurting the whole day! This massage/exercise helped me! Thanks 🙏
Wow, just wow I tried what you did in the video and heard a slight pop. It was a little relief of the pain. I kept rotating my hand and then Shazam it worked. I can extend my arm without pain. Thanks Doc! You should make more videos like this!🎉❤
Depends on your condition level. Mine is in the joint and this def doesnt make it go away. Scraping is more effective as it causes more blood flow to the affected area. Then ice.
I just got tennis elbow recently. It’s disheartening when u can’t even lift a full cup to drink something or do what u use to do. I will try this when I get home.

I have dealt with pain in this spot for years. I work in the trades, and whenever I lift something heavy it really hurts. Sometimes to the point that lifting my coffee cup causes discomfort.
@@luischavez2156 Looking back on the video it's actually not even hurting in the forearm. It's right above the elbow at the base of my bicep, the little muscle or tendons that wrap off the elbow onto the bicep. I basically work out my forearms every single day at work. If you have some kind of recommendation on a exercise I can to or stretch I am all ears.
Looks like it is distal biceps tendinopathy. Tennis elbow exercises won't work in this case. Activating the short and long head of triceps and the synergist of the biceps, i.e brachialis, brachioradialis will help take the load off the biceps and relax it.

Looks like that's inflammatory arthritis in the spine and larger joints. Obviously, you CAN go to the gym, but you will most likely flare up the condition, causing you pain and discomfort. Your priority should be seeking treatment and therapy for the condition.
