I don't understand why ball kids can't go back to giving the towels to the players. Seems like a lot of the drama nowadays is around that.

Two things stood out to me. Did these smaller events not have challenges? Players were complaining about calls being out and didn’t challenge, did they already use them all? that’s ridiculous if there were no challenges. Also players not knowing that they have to be ready when they are receiving. You’re not getting a break my dear, you have to play on someone else’s pace. In the same way their opponents have to wait for you when you take 26s on your serve. It’s the same game. One is trying to take advantage of playing fast and the other of playing slow. Only that the ones who slow down do it on both serves which is unfair.

😂 You know it’s a crazy world when Ostapenko & Collins are right… The umpires can’t discern time between a call and a hit, nor see a framed into the stands. Disrespectful

So, I guess Ostapenko is a crybaby AND a hypocrite. She's complaining that it doesn't matter when the out call was made, if the player hits it out it's her point, but I've seen her on previous videos on this channel complaining that the line judge's call threw her hit off so they should be replaying the point. What a baby. lol

swiatek reasoning was not even logical. When your opponent is serving he or she does not need to give you time to rest. They could serve how fast or slow they want to. Then she dared to tell the umpire "I know she is ready but she doesn't give any time, you know"? like what???

I think players really need to practice their mental strenght as much as the physical. There's so many of these videos where one call sets of a player for the remainder of the match. While I understand the pressures of match play, but is it worth it to lose a match bc of one call?
