This judge needs to go after this trial. She runs an absolute clown show there. Half days filled with sustained, sustained, speak into the mic, keep your voice up, she's tired, blah, blah, blah. Then she tries to pull a fast one on the jury with the jury form. Unbelievably CORRUPT!!!!

I am so appalled by this judge and I was so proud of AJ for talking back to her and telling her that he took great offense to her basically calling him a liar when she was trying to justify Lally keeping his witnesses out! The way she was so rude to Yenetti made my stomach turn! Thank God Karen has Lawyers that are willing to stand up to Bev and say “I don’t care if this is how it’s always done, there needs to be a not guilty on this form!” Good for both of them!!

As she should. It was his responsibility to look at the form before it went before the jury. How often have you ever watched trials? Karen has 3 attorneys, a whole team. It was on all 3 of the defense team members to look that form over before it ever landed in the hands of the jurors. How did they let that slip through the cracks. Seems like they really wanted to pass the buck off on Bev. I really wish the people knew how a court process actually works

@TMxo The defense team DID look at the form, found the problem and brought it to Bev’s attention. Bev was too tired to deal with it, even though she said she agreed. The next morning she gave the form to the jury without meeting with the defense team about the correction.

Not guilty verdict, Very obvious, Even though Karen was drunk & drinking, & driving, They all were drinking, drunk, & driving, but the Suv isn't what hit John O'Keefe, Evidence shows how John died, That's from being Beaten, & attacted by the dog. Also this Judge should of been removed, This Judge was ready to convict Karen & The Judge was hoping the jury would give Karen the murder charge or manslaughter charge, Karen's lawyers Action Jackson is so good he notices & so glad he spoke up to Ole miss tired Judge So she says how tired she is, This Judge has a sit down job how are you so tired, Just do your job. Again, this judge is going out of her way to get a conviction, she must have been made aware of the backlash she received on social media as she quickly changed her mind and handed the jury a proper verdict form. During the defense expert witnesses, she swiveled her chair from side to side, and later she twirled her reading glasses in her hand, it distracted me and I am sure some of the jurors were distracted, and then the coughing at the beginning of the trial to make Lally aware he can object, I could go on and on.
