Tensioner Pulley Fix Mazda 3

So on my Mazda, the actual tensioner or whatever it’s called has the 3 notches on it, and I believe the middle notch should be aligned with the little arrow on the housing. Is this correct? If so, the top notch on mine is about a quarter inch below the little arrow on the housing. Should the whole thing be replaced??

So clockwise would be loosening it, and counter clockwise would be tightening it.

is a left hand treat bolt

what is the pulley attached to that u unbolt it off

Where did you buy the tensor pulley?

what size is the nut?
