Yeah, it's been a while since i did this, and I have since sold the car and moved on, however, there was a notable sound from the accessory drive system making its way into the cabin. While the video notes a 'wobble' I understand that the wobble could very well be due to the spring action of the tensioner. However, I feel that there was a bearing/needle bearing in the assembly that was absolutely screaming. I don't ever remember reading anyone else complaining about this, but it definitely was an issue for me. I'll caution you with this: on Volvos with this style tensioner/T5 engine, for whatever reason, Volvo decided to make the fitting that allows you release tension for installing the belt a female Torx.... **Sigh**. Even with quality bits and ratchet/3/8" drive breaker bar, I almost stripped the female hex of the tensioner just trying to alleviate the tensioner for installing the belt. This car was fun while I had it, but there is a lot to be said with a newer fun car that doesn't require me to wrench on it against my will regularly.
