Tensions brewing in Maraekakaho over proposed quarry 

Tensions are brewing in Hawke's Bay between local hapū, a family Trust and a private company over a proposed quarry in the settlement of Maraekakaho. A fast-track consent application is before the Environmental Protection Agency to mine gravel over a 29-hectare site beside the Ngaruroro River. Moana Makapelu Lee has more.
